Ramesh was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilysys in January 2017. He is an accomplished CEO with demonstrated leadership success in technology, enterprise software and general management across multiple industries, and brings an impressive track record of multiple turnaround successes which have resulted in rapid and sustainable long-term growth and significant increases in shareholder value. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Ramesh served as CEO of Ooyala Inc. in Santa Clara (Silicon Valley), California, and was previously President and CEO of Innotrac Corporation, a leading eCommerce Fulfillment Services provider which merged with eBay Enterprise. Before joining Innotrac, he spent the previous nine years of his professional career at Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI) where he was promoted to President & CEO and member of the Board of Directors in December 2012.

Dave Wood has been the Company’s CFO since May 2020. Previously he served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations since June 2019, after having served as Agilysys Vice President – Finance. Dave joined Agilysys in 2011 as the Controller of the Hospitality Division. Prior to joining Agilysys, Dave was a Senior Manager at NCR and Radiant Systems working on various Finance and Accounting functions. Since that time, he has led a variety of teams across Operations, Accounting and Finance. Dave graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Business degree.

Kyle joined Agilysys as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in October 2011. Kyle served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Richardson Electronics, Ltd., a global distributor of electronic components, from 2007 until he joined Agilysys. He served as Senior Counsel at the law firm of Ice Miller LLP from 2006 to 2007, and prior to that, was a partner at the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery. He received his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Joe Youseff joined Agilysys in August 2024 to lead sales, global growth initiatives and go-to-market strategy. Previously, Joe held multiple executive and senior leadership positions during an 18-year career with global travel and tourism technology provider Amadeus, most recently as Executive Vice President, Sales, for the Hospitality Division, where his team drove double digit growth and deep customer engagement. Joe joined Amadeus in 2006 as Managing Director for Egypt, shaping strategies that enabled Amadeus to become the market leader there in less than two years. In Dubai, he executed growth strategies that established Amadeus as a market leader in the Middle East and North Africa. After moving to Amadeus’ Hospitality Division in 2013, Joe played a critical role in defining and executing inorganic growth strategies. He also led Amadeus’ Business Intelligence (BI) solution vertical, solidifying the Company’s position as the hospitality industry’s most respected BI player. Earlier in his hospitality and travel career, Mr. Youssef held management positions at Kanoo Travel and American Express Travel Services.

Terrie O’Hanlon serves as Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for strategies and programs to support global revenue growth, brand awareness and market leadership for Agilysys. Terrie is a technology marketing veteran having served as Chief Marketing Officer for publicly traded, venture backed and privately held companies in both established and emerging markets across a variety of sectors including enterprise SaaS applications, supply chain, financial ecommerce, retail, healthcare, payments, business intelligence and cybersecurity. Her experience includes numerous brand transformations, market expansions, acquisitions and divestitures for global companies navigating changing competitive environments, including Manhattan Associates, WebMD, GreyOrange and Dun & Bradstreet Software. She is an active volunteer and former member of the Board of Directors for Revved Up Kids, a US non-profit dedicated to the safety of children. Terrie holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University, New York, and a BS in Journalism from the University of Florida.

Sethuram Shivashankar serves as Agilysys’ Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer. In this role he is responsible for running and transforming the technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and business applications that enable Agilysys’ global workforce to excel and be productive.
Sethuram brings over 28+ years’ of leadership experience in technology companies across multiple industries. Most recently, Sethuram spent 15 years at Scientific Games - formerly Bally Technologies - the global leader in Lottery, Gaming Products and Services, where he held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Gaming Systems, and Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President of Information Technology, where he led the Global Gaming Systems business unit, R&D and Information Technology. Prior to joining Bally Technologies, Sethuram spent 13+ years at Manhattan Associates, a supply chain planning and execution software solutions company, holding a variety of leadership positions that oversaw R&D, Services and Support. Sethuram has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from University of Mysore, India.

Sridhar was named Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and Customer Support in September 2017. In this role, he leads the product engineering and product management teams for established Agilysys products including: InfoGenesis, LMS, Visual One, Eatec, DataMagine, and SWS, and oversees customer support. Sridhar is an accomplished executive with 25+ years of demonstrated technology and general management leadership success across multiple industries. Laveti joined Agilysys in April 2017. Prior to joining Agilysys, he was Senior Vice President of Gaming Systems Business for Scientific Games, a lottery and gaming company. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing over 1,300 employees and managing the Gaming Systems business including R&D, Product Management, Services and Support. Prior to Scientific Games, Sridhar was with Manhattan Associates, a supply chain planning and execution software solutions company. As one of the first five employees, he helped drive the design, development, and services of the company’s flagship products, and contributed to revenue growth of approximately $300 million annually. Sridhar graduated from University of Madras, India with a master’s degree in engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications from University of Madras, India. Outside of work, Laveti volunteers with multiple charities in the Atlanta area to help underprivileged families in urban areas.

Prakash Bhat was named VP & MD (India Development Center) in March 2017. Prakash is an IIT, Madras and IIM, Ahmedabad alumnus with 30+ years of practical experience in technology and general management. He has an impressive track record of having been involved in building new companies from the ground-up and creating a strong market presence for established organizations in new locations. Prior to joining Agilysys., Prakash served as VP & Executive Director of Radial Omnichannel Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. where he was instrumental in setting up a wholly-owned India Subsidiary. Prakash had earlier spent 9 successful years at Bally Technologies India – during which time the organization grew from 2 to about 1,200 employees in India. Prakash played multiple roles during his stint at Bally India, including managing technology teams, Project Management, Product Management, HR, IT, Finance and Accounts. Other organizations that Prakash has worked with include Accenture, iNautix, and Infosys. Prakash is also the Honorary Secretary & Treasurer of a Charitable Trust.

As Vice President and Managing Director, APAC, Tony Marshall oversees all aspects of Asia Pacific Region operations, including sales, channels, support, services and product development teams. Tony is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in managing and leading Business Sales and operations in the APAC and Middle East regions. Prior to joining Agilysys, he held the position of Head of Asia Pacific for Worldwide Hotel Link, a part of The Albatravel Group, a prominent European Travel Wholesaler & Tour Operator in the B2B market. Before that, Tony served as Vice President of Global Sales at Peakwork, a leading travel technology distribution provider, serving airlines, tour operators, hotels, travel agents, and bed-banks. Notably, he successfully established a new Global Sales Department, extending its reach across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA, where he engaged at the highest levels of leadership, negotiating contracts and partnerships at the forefront of Travel Technology. Originally from Brisbane Australia and a ‘mad keen’ Rugby League fan, Tony now resides in Singapore.

Jeba Kingsley was named Vice President of Professional Services in December 2018. He leads a team of high-caliber quality solution specialists that help customers improve operational performance through their implementation of Agilysys technologies. Prior to joining Agilysys, Jeba served as Vice President of Global Professional Services and Customer Service for Scientific Games, a global provider of gambling products and services to lottery, gambling, social and digital organizations. He also worked as Director of Professional and Technical Services at Manhattan Associates, a leading supply chain commerce solutions provider. Jeba brings more than 20 years of experience leading revenue-generating global client services organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli, India.

Rohith Kori serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Product Strategy at Agilysys and is responsible for leading product strategy teams specializing in providing cost effective, innovative solutions across multiple solution platforms including the company’s Property Management, Point of Sale and Payment products. Mr. Kori is an accomplished executive who brings more than 15 years of demonstrated technology expertise and leadership working alongside the world’s most reputable hospitality enterprises to ensure successful deployments, staff training and optimal software utilization. Prior to joining Agilysys, he worked at Bally Technologies (now Light and Wonder) where he was responsible for establishing and growing the systems practice in Canada. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a Master’s degree in General Management and a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

Frank Pitsikalis applies technology advancements to the needs of hospitality organizations as Senior Vice President, Product Strategy, Hotels. Frank joined the Agilysys leadership team in January 2022 when the Company acquired ResortSuite, the enterprise-class hospitality software company he founded in 2000 and led as Chief Executive Officer.
Frank serves as a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Global Technology 100, a group of hospitality technology leaders advising the hotel industry on how to leverage the latest technology to better serve guests and maximize profitability, and has previously served on the Vendor Advisory Council for Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG), a global non-profit organization that works to define hospitality industry problems, identify possible solutions, and develop specifications and standards to foster new technology adoption.
Frank is active with the International SPA Association (ISPA), served for 13 years on the ISPA Board of Directors and has served as Chairman of the ISPA Foundation. He is a frequent speaker at industry events where his expertise in operational efficiency, staff compensation strategies, hospitality technology, guest experience, and yield/revenue management are sought. He has contributed to knowledge-building sessions with HFTP, Hospitality Net, HT-NEXT, Hospitality Upgrade, Spa Business, We Work Well, HTNG, the Global Wellness Summit, and ISPA.

Theresa is responsible for the company’s human resources organization and programs including staffing, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll, facilities, and performance management. Prior to joining Agilysys, Theresa spent 14 years with Elekta, Inc., a global human care company, in a series of increasingly responsible positions where her last role was Director of Human Resources. She began her extensive career in Human Resources with Georgia State University. Throughout her career she has successfully spearheaded change initiatives, developed and implemented HR programs, and coached leadership on HR and business issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Prior to joining ON Semiconductor, Mr. Colvin held a number of financial leadership positions, including vice president of finance and CFO of Atmel Corporation, CFO of European Silicon Structures as well as several financial roles at Motorola Inc. Mr. Colvin is a director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Isola Group and a Member of the advisory board for Conexant. Mr. Colvin holds a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.

Dana Jones is CEO & President of RealPage, a technology platform that enables real estate owners and managers to change how people experience and use rental space. She has been CEO since August 2021 and a member of RealPage’s Board of Directors since 2019. She previously served as CEO of Active Network, the leader in activity and event management software, and as chief marketing officer and senior vice president of solutions management for Sabre Airline Solutions, a global provider of software to the airline industry. Prior to Sabre, Dana co-founded Noesis Energy, and served as its EVP of product, sales, marketing, and operations. She has held executive and general management positions for early stage and global publicly traded enterprise software companies over the last 20 years. Dana holds a BSE in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.

John Mutch, age 64, has served as managing partner of MV Advisors LLC (“MV Advisors”), a strategic block investment firm that provides focused investment and strategic guidance to small and mid-cap technology companies, since founding the firm in December 2005. From December 2008 to January 2014, Mr. Mutch served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BeyondTrust Software, a privately-held security software company. Prior to founding MV Advisors, in March 2003, Mr. Mutch was appointment by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to the Board of Directors of Peregrine Systems, Inc. (formerly NSADAQ: PRGN) (“Peregrine Systems”), a provider of enterprise asset and service management solutions where he assisted the company in a bankruptcy work-out proceeding and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2003.
Previous to running Peregrine Systems, Mr. Mutch served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of HNC Software, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: HNCS), an enterprise analytics software provider. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mutch spent seven years at Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) in a variety of executive sales and marketing positions. Mr. Mutch has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), a global provider of microwave networking solutions, since February 2015, and has served on the Board of Directors since January 2015, and has served on the Board of Directors of Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS), a provider of information technology solutions, since March 2009.
Previously, Mr. Mutch served on the Board of Directors of Maxwell Technologies, Inc. (formerty NASDAQ: MXWL), a manufacturer of energy storage and power delivery solutions for automotive, heavy transportation, renewable energy, backup power, wireless communications and industrial and consumer electronics applications, from April 2017 to May 2019, YuMe, Inc. (NYSE: YUME)., a provider of digital video brand advertising solutions, from July 2017 to February 2018, at which time the company was acquired by RhythmOne plc (LON: RTHM), a technology-enabled digital media company, and Mr. Mutch continued serving as a Director on the RhythmOne plc Board of Directors until January 2019. and Steel Excel Inc. (formerly OTCPK:SXCL), a provider of drilling and production services to the oil and gas industry and a provider of event-based sports services and other health-related services, from 2007 to [May] 2016.
