A current user of Agilysys InfoGenesis^® point of sale (POS) and Pay payment systems, the Inn wanted to provide a seamless guest journey with fully integrated PMS and POS solutions to increase guest loyalty, improve operational efficiency and provide flexibility for continued property automation.
