The SWS Inventory module also provides general ledger updates of all transactions as well as Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) based on inventory usage. An online review of suggested stock replenishment keeps staff updated around the clock.

Purchasing
The SWS Purchasing module works with the Stratton Warren System solution to fully automate the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing through invoicing. The module supports all purchasing-related documents, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, blanket orders, standing purchase orders, receiving documentation and vendor invoices. Its distinctive features allow the purchase of capital, equipment, food & beverage and retail to be processed within a single system.

The SWS Purchasing module can be interfaced to accounting and general ledger packages for account validation and automatic processing. The module automatically assigns account numbers, taxes and discounts and notifies buyers of vendor shorts and price variances. Full approval routing and variance functionality complement this made-for-hospitality module.

Bar Coding
The SWS Bar Coding module works with the Stratton Warren System solution to provide wireless data collection of physical inventory. The SWS Nutritional Analysis module, in conjunction with the Stratton Warren System solution, provides nutritional components for all items in your food and beverage inventory. Those components are then automatically scaled within recipes to provide full menu item nutritional makeup so that you can analyze recipes and meals for calories, fat grams, cholesterol, carbohydrates, fiber, sodium and more. It integrates fully with the SWS Recipe/Menu Analysis module and comes with the USDA nutritional database.

Retail
The SWS Retail module, working in conjunction with the Stratton Warren System solution, automates the entire retail process. The module, which has full open-to-buy functionality, allows you to calculate and maintain sales prices, markdowns and updates. It also generates a variety of reports including retail budget worksheets, sales history and open orders.
