Solution Provider Emphasizes Streamlined Process Key to Kiosk Rollout Success

Kasen kicked off the “Gaining Competitive Advantage” track of the conference with his session titled “Integration 101: Strategies for Incorporating Kiosks in Your Business.”
Hundreds of executives and managers who are charged with developing and implementing self-service programs or have responsibility for the overall customer experience attended the conference to hone their skills in educational sessions, explore the latest tools and solutions from exhibitors, and connect with potential partners, clients and vendors.
During his session, Kasen, who leads the emerging customer-facing technology solutions arena for Agilysys Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG), provided attendees with best practice guidance, anecdotes, and observations from his more than 25 years of experience.
His insight helped attendees examine the conditions under which kiosk programs succeed or fail in today’s rapidly changing consumer environment. Attendees also gained an understanding of some leading questions surrounding the effective implementation of kiosks, including how kiosks can drive brand differentiation, what are the baseline criteria for success as well as why executive buy-in is critical.
